The most interesting thing that has happened in my town this year.....

That's nothing new. One anime freak at my college wrote a shitload of names in an authentic death note (merchandise) which he got from somewhere. He once complained that if it worked, he'd be a lot better off.

when i was in eighth grade i got all my classmates to sign a piece of paper, and whoever didn't sign it i was "jokingly" gonna kill. it was a safety list i guess. got sent to the office. headmaster immediately goes "boy, hatten you ever heard of columbine???" i stood up and walked out with my list.
