8 cases at hospital today. Then lecturing obnoxious brats for two hours in the afternoon. Between this and that, I'm nearly dead of exhaustion.

But the brats are the problem. There's only so many times that you can threaten to fail them in the next exam if they overstep their boundaries. Yelling myself hoarse is no good.
