Good PHP Site that doesn't Screw With my Stuff?

I'm trying to Setup a Site redirect (Not for hack etc...)
and 110mb is screwing with me...Anyone know a Good PHP free Hosting site?
Couldn't Find the old list

110mb is fine for PHP as long as you do not edit the PHP file on the 110mb file manager, it sucks.

Upload your PHP code and do NOT touch it once it is on the website. If you need to edit the code, edit it on your computer and reupload it.

I Did that and it still got Tampered...why do they have to screw with stuff...
