your single mindedness sickens me. FOr one thing, the Army isn't doing anything wrng, its the anti-government freaks that want to say everything is a conspiracy. and you obviously know a lot about the way, because you've obviously been to the middle east, oh right, you havent. ive been to Afghanistan for a month in order to get some first hand training. and i have seen what is really happening. the fact that you are using the old blood for oil argument is sad. someone with such supossed intellect should have at least come up with something better than that. and do your research, the US Marine Corps is working to bring peaceful resolutions to most of the problems in the world, not just killing.

and you can believe that what the military does isnt needed when you have Osama Bin Laden shoving a nuke up your ass. as far as religion goes, no god can determine what i do, i make my own path. and i dont follow what the media shows us, because that is far too idiotic. i joined because i knew its the right thing to do. to fight for people like you who dont have enough balls to fight themselves. so its easy for people like you to sit around and say what we're doing isn't needed, but you are sorely mistaken. You will never understand that we are the reason you speak the language you speak and live the way you live. if it wasnt for the military, you probably wouldnt have been born, or at least into your comfortable sheltered life that you've had.

if anything Torian, for someone older than me, you should be the one who is going to be an adult about this and just walked away and not commented in the first place, but me, an 18 year old PFC in the Marine Corps is going to walk away and be the bigger man, because trust in me when i say i am a bigger man than you, because at least i follow my own principles and not those that are provided by an alternate party that was wronged at some point and feel its their mission to make little drones like you.

Following one's own principles means becoming a pawn? Awesome. I don't follow any theories, sure I browse them every other year for an entertaining read, but I formulate my own views, not based on anyone else's, so thank you for that insight. Also the U.S. military does nothing for Bermuda, the only thing they actually did was commission the whole of St. Davids as a refueling strip during the 1940s. We have no ties whatsoever to the States believe it or not so your fighting has no benefits to me, we're too small a country for any superpower to give a flying fuck about.

And when you think about it young one, YOU are the little drone. YOU stand proudly under a flag that has no meaning, YOU swear that what you're doing is right and just and nothing in this whole wide world would change your mind, YOU protect a land that consumes the largest amount of natural resources per year. That's all well and good for you so you can have fun with that. I truly am not riled up by this, to me, this is basically a discussion, not a fight, thus backing down means nothing in this.

I also hope you sleep well within your elevated sense of worth and accomplishment that the military has brainwashed in your head little one. War has become way too clean, so much so that the weight of what you're doing doesn't weigh down your consciousness like it did for the soldiers that fought before your time. They knew what they were doing was wrong, they didn't do it out of a sense of pride, they did it because there was an actual invasion going on.

I really have too much to rant about in a short amount of time, but one topic I could quickly light up on, The Chicago Bears.
When will they get it right? It's been years since Jim McMahon and Walter Payton, since then, we haven't had shit on our team. Our ability to pick up good quarterbacks is incredible. Rex Grossman was such a star, and then Kyle Orton crumbled under pressure. Now, Cutler is following Orton's path. It really is quite sad that Cutler thinks he can make those impossible passes, the ones right through defenders arms. It has only worked once, and will only work once. And then our offensive coordinator is a fucking idiot, on the first game he did a draw play on 3rd and 20. Who the hell would run the ball on a 3rd and 20? And then the offensive line is just incredibly horrible. No one can connect with each other, leading to our quarterback making bad decisions, plus we have about 2-3 rookies on our line.
Defense on the other hand is just as bad, with Urlacher out and a rookie in, our defense cannot connect, our cornerbacks are old and worn out, or they are just not trying hard enough, and then our line is pretty crumbly, only people you can trust on defense is Hunter Hillenmayer, Israel Idonije, Adewale Ogunleye, and Lance Briggs. 4 players out of 11.
Devin Hester pisses me off. He was soooo great his first year, and now that he sucked at the beginning of his second year, they tried him at receiver, which if he would finally notice it's about the team and not about him any more, maybe we could win a few games.
Bears are about 4-5 right now. And only harder games are coming up.

Hope, pssh yeah right. But, because I am from Chicago, I will hope that they could do something in their next few games.

I hate not being able to sleep. And I can't take off and miss school because I gotta go to semi.:/
