Gaia has already filed complaints against LG and won. Like 10% of this site has been removed. [nearly] everything else isn't in violation of anything. LG is mostly users selling hacked accounts. That's not against any rules. Hacking the accounts is against rules - but LG itself doesn't hack the accounts. The users do. That's something Gaia would have to take up with each user on a per-use basis, not with LG as a whole.
I made a topic about this not too long ago. Gaia actually filed complaints to the host which resulted in most (all?) of my guides being removed.[/nearly]

But yeah, I am highly opposed to botting and stuff like that so when I get one of these spam PMs it really pisses me off. If I was part of the Gaia legal team I'd make it priority to sue the F outta people like LG.
