It has nothing to do with decoding letters. Since it is getting close to the end of the contest I will give you a big hint.


It has to do with my avatar. There is a hidden message in it. You have to figure out how I encoded it and how to decode it. There is also some hacking involved.

The T looks like an F if you pay attention to the non-main paint splatters, and if turned sideways it looks like an A

If you right click and view it, then view it for 5 minutes, it animates and tells you a youtube url, but you only have 10 seconds to write it down.

It is a .png :p. You had to use steganography methods to decode it. All the hints I gave you point you to the Revision 3 show Hak5 where they did a segment on it (If you are lazy you can use this tool to decrypt it). And the hacking/guessing part was where you had to guess the password which was "logical". And when you decrypted it you would get this phrase.

That is where I was setting it back to the original one. But I decided I should probably put the encoded one up for at least another day.
