It appears as if they are taking pictures because the drivers are not on the road. It appears as if the drivers ran off the road.

If you knew anything about driving, you'd know that it involves staying on the road.

Its the pit of a nascar track, car failed to take the lead off for some reason, most likely the reason he was trying to get into the pit to begin with.

Also OP: How can you not follow Nascar when your high?(maybe you don't have enough inbreeding) I'm pretty sure 97% of the fans are crunked to hell and follow it...not hard:

If that's the pit, then they have greatly changed the shape of the Nascar track since I last saw it about ten years ago. >_>

It is. An they have changed a lot of things in ten years man. But the shape is still the same, that's just a small section of the right side of the track.
