Heya
Hi, I am new here. I'm too old for this shit, but I find myself forever attached to shitty money-grabbing sites like Gaia Online and ridiculously addicting flash games. I would love to improve my programming skills enough to make my own addicting games or make hacks for pay-to-win garbage apps. I work over 50 hours per week at a non-tech industry job and I try to have a bit of a social life as well. Looking forward to gaining knowledge from the great programmers here and I hope I can give back some help someday. Peace.

Welcome! I hope you succeed if you do pursue your dream of hacking garbage. :)

If you want to write hacks for Gaia, I'd recommend learning JavaScript (may require the most back-knowledge), Python, or C++.

Haha, thanks for the well wishes. Good advice on the languages. I took some C++ classes a long time ago and enjoyed it. I've been messing around with Java because I heard it's a good language to know if you want to program any mobile apps.
