hello!!

hi, my name is john.
i'm not very good with computers but I'm hoping to change that!!
I'm often sick and in the hospital a lot so I'm basically glued 24/7 so I want to I guess.... make all that time spent worth while?
so yeah, if you have any good starter guides or.
I don't know, anything to help me understand computers/programs that would be cool.
