No way xD I don't think I am better, but recently I have been learning how to create web page, I think i understand it.

For C++ the most complicated thing I can code is an ATM machine, simple program to ask the user to enter the amount of cash they want to withdraw, and it will dispense in x amount of $100 bills/$50/$20/$10/$5/$1. I'm not very good at looping and doing if/or functions.

I plan to get better at Photoshop, and learn about Java, CSS, PHP and what not. xp seems like a big dream huh? I hope I can do all these things eventually.

Eh, I do similar applications, like one that calculates tips on bills. Just keep practicing, you'll probably make the programming team.
