Literally everything

Anything that is limited. If gold is being generated, items will stay relatively [to each other] equivalent in value. That is, something 2k now will be worth half as much after inflation as something that is 4k now.

An exception possibly being rarer/limited items, which can go up even higher.

So, get whatever is limited. And just make sure you don't have liquidated gold. And pray it's not an economic bubble, or else you'll lose everything.

I'm not really sure what is 'limited'. There are limited items they sell in the cash shop, is that what you are referring to?
I just bought a workshop flora because they released a recolor for it so i thought that would bring the price of the original up.

Limited means that the item is... limited. Someone can't just spawn a new one, e.g. by buying it in the Gaia shops. The item won't just drop for someone randomly, or be farmed in a Gaia game. All the ones that exist are all there will ever be.
