Not really. generally that's mostly everyone. But today I have gotten multiple items like hoarfrost, peter pan, Gogh reed, Prince cardinalis and MLP items.
Had a bunch more just don't feel like listing them all.

Don't get too comfortable with it, FLPs result in pretty quick bans.
You'd probably make more overall from messaging people from the CB or other forums.

True. I'm trying to figure out if there is a possible way to get items to one account without looking suspect.
