Without smoking gun proof that it's you and if the person in question didn't do anything wrong, nope.

Masquerading does work in particular instances though. Just rarely.

I think Gaia mods are privy to the fact that some members do that already. If they're not, then lol. You can try it. Won't hurt anything. Saying you're going to do it isn't the smartest thing, though.
