You can help yourself by staying for a while, making at least 10 post and downloading the bots available to the community.

What kind of help are you expecting?

No one is just going to give you one. If you are wanting help increasing how much gold you get each day, sure.

One you get 10 posts, you can read various guides and access various public programs that will help you generate gold per day.

If you use Logical Gaia, it will automatically dumpster dive and grab daily chances for you.

It has a slots bot that can increase your gold per day, too, but I wouldn't recommend someone new to programs use it, since you'd risk a ban.

The auto-daily-chance-grabber and -dumpster-diver are safe, though. They work automatically, as soon as the program is installed. Whenever you visit a page on Gaia, it will check for new free items.
