Frontier Skies Hacking

Back when it first came out, I had found a way to hack the game through multiple tabs + event ID generation.

I ended up taking the first place scores for good~ Then when someone else found out how to hack it as well, I decided to just use the exploit + mules to make the leaderboards loaded with outrageous scores.

Utilizing breakpoints or anything for altering requests you will be able to see the event sequencing + your sid + ect and be able to edit them and endlessly submit your own false events. Making your score + Items way out there in impossibleland.

I honestly dont know if the exploit still works, or if FrontierSkies is a playable game on there anymore. If it is, Great, you can earn some gold, If not. Well, THE MOAR YOU KNOW!

Anyways, Here is a list of some vars + corresponding event ID`s I logged back when I was raping the leaderboards.

Play with it if you want~ It could be patched, But they would have had to re-design the game entirely to do so.

Annnd gaiaonline has finally removed this.

Frontier Skies has been down for a bit now and after an exploit investigation and other factors explained below, I'm sorry to say we don't intend to bring it back.

We initially took it down due to a serious exploit we intended to fix. However, further investigation into the exploit showed that a fix would require a major rewrite of the game. The exploit, in addition to an extremely low number of users who were actually playing the game, and the other bugs in the game would simply require more resources to fix and maintain than we are currently able to commit to it.

I know we said we would bring the game back and make it a permanent site feature, and apologize deeply to those of you playing or intending to play the game. However, knowing that we won't be able to maintain it, we feel it is better to remove it than leave it as a broken feature sitting on the site.

I also apologize that we haven't said anything about all this earlier. After our initial investigations I got busy and forgot to post this update >.<

Over the next few weeks, we’ll remove the links to the game from the site and archive the forum.
