One of the Administrators of LG supposedly has one in development. Artificial I believe. Doubtful that you'll be able to obtain it without eligibility; access to UG or something of the like.

He means a bot that basically harvests rare fish, not a normal fishing bot. I think. They don't exist and if they did, they wouldn't be very effective.

Uh, I meant because theoretically you could have a bot join rooms and check for chances of a rare fish and then fish and drop anything that isn't one and it'd take a long time to catch a lot. Not like a rare fish generator, but actually a bot that only grabs rare fish.
@cclown, UG means underground. It's a group of higher ups on LG. As you become more useful to LG you get more privileges and access to areas that were previously not open to you.
