Sliding in rally.
How are they doing it?
Like, sliding across the screen in rally?
I know it has something to do with the coke sliding thing.

It's scripting. What they are doing is catching a packet that normally does it or modifying one from some where else for it to work in rallies. You can use WPE Pro to script.
