I just hacked an account and it has a kottan bell reunion. Should i sell it right now for about 500k or should i wait a little while?

And you use the term hoarding in-correctly.
Hoarding is when you buy an item in mass quantity and then wait until it's price goes up.
A single kottan bell reunion wouldn't make much of a profit considering that it is also hacked.
I suggest you sell the entire account for USD or something.
