i need help understanding flp

alright the easy part is to get some one to trust me to scam but i dont under stand how the flp like do i have to create a domain to have one which cost!! but still worth it if you get good hack like this is what i dont understand. so what i think is with my noob brain in flp is that you make fake domain log some one logs into it and it goes to there email idk how it work where the email and pass goes after they typed it how to make the domain and crap like that. i just want to understand it a little so i can use it.

Tutorials regarding the creation of FLPs are only allowed in UG bronze. To get into UG bronze, you need 50 non spam posts.
