My account was banned for off site trading and Im curious on how would gaia know that?

Suspicion of it goes around if you were talking about it through PM's and Comments or even Rally or Towns.
Then the person you traded with goes around telling everyone how epic his trade was.

Hmm, not quite sure for this... Gaya is just a faggot website being ran by monkeys.. They'll sometimes ban for no reason, and give you no evidence, just because they're "60-90% sure". Happens to alot of people.

Yeah my original account Ki Tenoh (made in early 03) was wrongfully banned because Alexi Jameson (someone I will one day exact revenge on) decided to tell a mod friend (Lulvia Maya I believe it was spelled) of hers that I hacked her when I didnt (this was shortly after she got hacked the 1st time and we had had an arguement a couple of weeks before it happened) so not only did I get banned when I made a new account to dispute it they banned that one too. I lost all my 03 stuff (her mod friend "gave back her items" and she used most of it to get her effing halo.) Only she, her mod friend (who was banned about a year ago), myself and a couple of her friends know what really happened and because she was a popular member of gaia no one would hear me out about it, not even the other mods or admins.
