Is this a good item to hoard?

I'm thinking about it and would like some suggestions. I thought of this item because it is the next best slippers after Panda Slippers which raised like hell. It might take some time but do YOU think it would be worth it?

Well, just 3-4 months ago they were worth 70k. . . I guess having a few of them would be fine.

Those would be a pretty good item to hoard, you'd just need some patience.

The item's price in gaia been increasing like a lot ...

it was like 50k when it came out,it's 200k now. maybe because of inflation but it raised by 150k
