I need a basic run-over on what energy tokens are please. However; my main inquisition is how long it takes to regenerate at least 1 energy token, and is there any other regeneration factors, etc?

i believe 15 minutes per token. An energy token is used to regained your health once you die and then you can play again.

Do you know how it is calculated to deplete if you do not die? I am having tokens deplete from merely battling/retreating.

If you don't die it stays the same. and thats really awkward.

When You die you loose 1 when you need a full heal you use a token, I suggest as soon as possible but Minor Heal I never run out of tokens since I invested in it. Not only that no need for oranges or potions, saves alot of gold.
