I need help ASAP.

I am trying to design a cover for a regular-sized video game case.
However it's been so long since I have actually done this, that I forgot what measurements to use.
I need everything to be exact so that if I put the printed cover in the case, it would fit perfectly!

So can someone help me out!?
I tried finding the specs but I think I am looking in the wrong place.

8.5 x 11 paper

EDIT:: NEVERMIND! I just put a piece of paper in to measure and it's slightly too big, this is gonna get tricky.

It's slightly smaller than 8.5x11.
I figured it out though and literally found Cover Art Heaven.
