Intellectual Rap - Rap with meaning

I am tired of people saying that all rap is garbage.
Some of it is really incredible and intellectual. You just have to find the right artists.

Now that Kendrick Lamar is hyped up on the top charts, many people look past the meaning of his work.

Even Macklemore has songs with extreme meaning behind them.

Surely all of these artists have some questionable songs but there are a few that really matter.

And pretty much anything by Immortal Technique, but I'm not really a fan of his.

Yes! Tupac is incredible and I am not too big on Immortal.

I like Psyche Origami, amongst many, for this VERY reason.
It's solid, it's smooth, it flows so goddamn well and it hits you in the heart, rather than the wallet.

I also like some stuff Lowkey has worked on, but not Lowkey so much himself.



I really started liking Mackelmore because of the fact that his songs stood for certain causes.
