Changing avatar Error

Just wondering if im the only one having this issue
I haven't been on the site for a long time so I don't know what's going on
When I try to change my avatar it comes up with an error saying that it was unable to save and i was wondering if any one knew why this was
Just wanted to know if it was just me

It's broken.

I'm going to be performing some server upgrades tonight which should solve some of these permission issues.
