Recently, I have "acquired" Somebody's USBank Account number. I can go on to the USBank Website and attempt to log in with the Acct. Number, but there is a security question that I cannot crack. May somebody help me?

The only thing I know about him is that his name is Darryl Gatan...
I may be able to impersonate him with Customer Support... I shall try tomorrow.
(this is worth it because he has $3k on his account.)

But there are so many places a cracker wouldn't work.
So your best bet is finding more about the person. See if they have a Myspace, or a Facebook, and hope they have left something that gives you a clue.

A cracker could work, but you would have to try soooooo many things including some random motel names, like every city in the world and their country/state. Even then it might be a misleading question and he has the answer just written down somewhere.
Firstly, try social engineering. Either ask him about his honey moon (I mean, who keeps that a secret? "How was your honeymoon?" "Oh, I can't tell you, 'cause it's my secret question on my bank website." Thus, he's an idiot.), or just check his Facebook, MySpace, whatever, until you find somewhere he's told someone else.
You are going to have no luck talking to customer support, because they're not idiots. Some guy isn't going to all-of-a-sudden forget where he went for his honeymoon. This is some guy who's visited their website before - entered this information in himself. This is a bank website, not Gaia Online. They're not going to risk $3,000 because some random person is saying he forgot where he went for his honeymoon. Seriously.
Also, enjoy your felony offense and mandatory jailtime when you get caught.
Its probably something as simple as NiagaraFalls... Or France... But like you should know by now, that site is a lot more risky than something like a Gaia Account, or some game site account.
Considering you are 15, you might just want to let this go, stealing money is something you'll go to jail for and is totally not worth $3k
Look up some crazy honeymoon stories, then you tell your friend about it. Then just ask him where he went for his first honeymoon "out of curiosity".
