There are more to gaining muscle in your arms. Its not all weights.
Try dips, tricep extensions, pull-ups, push ups, and then add weights in. Barbell curls, butterfly weights, bench press, rowing machine, and planks. Most of this will plateau pretty quickly if you do it every day.
You have to switch up your arm workouts or else all of your gains will stop after a few weeks.Voted Hottest Male Member

Well Muscle Milk can be either a post- or pre-workout supplement. I suggest that you don't just start taking supplements. You have to build up first. Because if you just start with a supplement, your body won't know how to react to it, and you won't get any gains, you won't necessarily gain any fat as the protein will be used, you just won't get the gains that you are looking for.
