Warrior Second Job Advancement Help

I have just hit level thirty with my warrior and I want to advance to Spearman my issue is that I don't have the right equipment to do the instructors test, I can't seem to get enough money or synthesis items ect. I tried using a monster vac that Defy gave to me but it doesn't really help and when I'm grinding it for more that 5 minutes I get kicked from the server and they wont let me on for a day or so.

Is there a good way for me to get gold super quick either legibly or without being suspicious, this is on Maple Europe btw.

You need help, ask for it and its as simple as that. just dont linger or repeatedly ask a single person cause thats just annoying :-/

Might have to do that and I know, everyone on LG uses normal Maple, damn my Britishness :P

I'm not sure how much it's worth in EMS, but sell Fame or if you're feeling evil, scam mesos for fame.
