their not gonna keep deflating.. the reason why the deflate is because of the exchange quest event.. the will stop and then go back up

What did I tell you? :] I predicted the future. The Chaos Scrolls deflated big time to around 20 ~ 30 million due to the Chaos Scroll exploit through the Perfect Pitch event. People could get 999 Chaos Scrolls when they're only suppose to get 1.
