He's saying a tutorial has to be typed like exactly what to do. Not take someone elses work and post it. I.e: a link to an html video.

Alright, hold on one second, if I gave proof really quick would I be able to post it? I think that hearing and see the code hard written will help some people more than actual text. Let me just verify that it's me, please?
