Lost iPhone finder regrets his 'mistake'

The 21-year-old man who found and sold an Apple iPhone prototype to tech blog Gizmodo says he regrets not doing more to return the device to its owner, according to a statement provided by his attorney.

True, but why wouldnt he get charged or anything?

From what I heard he didnt notify the bar employees and went home carrying it.
And when the owner went back the bar had no knowledge of the whereabouts.
