Eat your vegetables and drink a glass of milk. Oh, and take your flinstones vitamins can't forget that.
Cheapest way and funniest way? Get a pull up bar for your door. So, if your waiting for something to finish download or waiting for somebody to reply to you. Go to your door and do some pull ups. Sets of ten. Drink protein drinks while doing it you bulk up wayyy faster. Or take fish oil pills before you do it, also if you know what those are.

During football season, what I did was whenever I found myself with offtime, or in between doing one thing, and another, do 20 pushups. I swear it works. That's why my arms are as defined as they are now, and that was like 3 months ago.
Or not... someone can't take my hint...
