Self hate
Seeing results and numbers go up. I like feeling sore. And I like seeing my body move when I work out, it's weird. Idk, when I do clean and Jerks and shit, it's awesome.
I go everyday. It feels good.
ITs like a cycle, hate not going , promise to go, day comes and can't do it. Ive heard its easier after about a week but its difficult to break the cycle.
Compete with your buddy. That's what I'm doing.
Say that you'll transform your body better then him in a 3month period.
