In the laws of evolution in biological beings, The creature that has a mutation that give it an edge, survives to breed, And those genes pass down to the next generation, If it was truely a good mutation (Aka evolution) Then that gene carries down even further.

However in humanities current state, Assholes and piece of shit kill the innocent and torment them, Then they breed instead of good humans with kind hearts, And it endlessly continues, until humanity is full of these people.
I suppose this is why the prison system is invented, Which is why I believe castrating inmates is the only way to successfully keep humanity on the right track.
