Reading your post and the forum rules. I or anyone else could not report him enless he has scammed one of us. And that doesn't look like he scammed you. Might call it attempting to scam?

Your Lg account cant be banned for scamming others on different forums, even if the members are related to the same forum.
Mainly because it wouldn't make sense.
If thats the way it was, when you scam someone on gaia, they would shut down your paypal/facebook/twitter/logcialgamers/tumblr and every other website account down.
