Why would you ever add a section for Baby's First DotA?
I vote no.
There was already a League of Legends section. Nobody posted in it so it was removed. The topics for it were moved to the General Gaming Discussion section, where you are free to discuss LoL.
Given the inactivity of the forum when it existed merely a month ago (and had existed for probably years), I don't foresee it being active if re-implemented now. Maybe in the future if the Gaming Discussion section starts overflowing with LoL topics, but for the time being, LoL doesn't constitute more than one or two active topics on this site, so doesn't need a forum dedicated to it.
