Just use UG. I don't see the need for 5 different places for programs to be released.
Why would we do that if we can just put a usage limitation on are bots?

I can understand the appeal, but the fact remains, there is no need, as has been stated before. If you need a place to put where not everyone can get to it, then there is the UG, and the corresponding levels. Bronze for basic, Silver for average, Gold for holy-bat shit insane.
