I'm looking for someone to make a bot for Disqus that will upvote a comment as a guest. There's a restriction, so only one guest upvote per IP can be given out, which means that it needs to cycle through a proxy list.

I'm looking for someone to make a bot for Disqus that will upvote a comment as a guest. There's a restriction, so only one guest upvote per IP can be given out, which means that it needs to cycle through a proxy list.
Well, can't cycle proxies with JavaScript so I'm out. This would probably take an EXE which would be difficult to tell an EXE which comment you want voted on.
