This is definitely really interesting if you're interested in Java and have the time to read through it.
Most organizations that bash out plenty of code either have their own coding standards, or they adhere to a certain coding standard that might not belong to them (for example, NASA's Java coding standard). If you plan to work as a programmer, different companies might use different standards. Heck, different projects under the same company might use different standards! Something to keep in mind when it's time to work in the field. ;D
