Sir. You can find all of those proxies on Hide My Ass! Free Proxy and Privacy Tools - Surf The Web Anonymously anyway. It also looks like that list is from '10, which means half the proxies are probably old and no longer working. Unless I'm mistaken and these proxies are not everything you can see on the website? Not trying to be critical, trying to understand why this is posted in the programming section.
