I think your talking about Pokemon Diamond (Not to be confused with Pokemon Diamond for the DS)
and you must try Pokemon Ruby Version 3, It has MewThree lol

Oh, God. They totally built that from the ground up. It's almost as bad as my Pokemon-esque game made in BASIC, lul. Except totally not nearly as bad. :(
