Idk. To me it just seems like gaia is rapidly dying out. Probably won't be too long before people stop buying bulks of expensive gold/items altogether.

That's cheaper than the average price. Azkay, me, and anyone else who can consistently sell large stocks of items such as these can afford to value them at around $1/mil or less as opposed to $1.5/mil or higher that you'll see people sell for occasionally on Sythe or other forums.
