I was doing a deal with XiRax, and I was planning on either buying an omg hat, or 2 nitemare scarves off him for 20 bucks. But he hasn't replyed, and seems he hasn't been on for awhile.
So I would like to pay through western union (debit or cash) or paypal (prefere paypal). I'm looking for a deal similar to the one I was doing, and since in business money always arrives first. But I was on board with my last offer since he had good reputation it looked like, and he gave me proof. And let me know whether its active or not, and if it's legit (as in earned, not stolen)
