Guide to buying and selling safely

Well. With the recent scam of several LG members. I want to write a guide for keeping safe while buying and selling items, Nothing more, Nothing less.

For Buyers:
--Dont be stupid, Buy from trusted members only.
--If buying gaia accounts, Dont do stupid things like change the name, Start selling everything the moment you get into it, or trading off 400 items the day you get it. Thats asking fora ban.
--Read up on the sellers history, See if they have any history of scamming people, Because if they did it once,They will do it again.
--Dont Be stupid when selling accounts, If you are going around hacking on an account at the same time that you sell an account, Odds are, It will be banned immediately, And you will owe someone money for saying it was legit.

For Sellers:
--Make sure the user who purchased from you picked "Send money>Personal>Gift" If not, Refund the payment and make them do it.
--Make sure that you inform them CLEARLY what they are buying, You have the goods, Which makes this YOU'RE responsibly, Everything from how it was obtained to what was done on it.
--If stuff starts to get fishy or dangerous, Get the fuck out of there or risk losing your item.
--For every 50 million gaia gold you sell, Hold the item for one day to make sure the payment clears, Selling 200 million? Hold onto it for 4 days, Then give the items (Make sure you are clear in telling the buyer you will do this by adding a payment clear delay field to your auction to prevent accusations)
--Be careful selling to major botters / scammers, If your IP gets caught up in their business through the grapevine, You could end up with not only the account you sold them banned, But every account you sold in the last month, Resulting in major repercussions.

For buyers AND sellers:
--Log ALL OF YOUR DATA! (With the program below)
If you get scammed, Nobody can do anything since they didnt whiteness it, So why not let them?

Use it to record a copy of ALL your transactions of gaia accounts and other things.

I use it to log every transaction I have ever done to prevent scammers from causing problems.
