It's not 'photoshopped' at all. They just don't have the same time patterns when it comes to the 'sparkles' that you're talking about.

For starters the Lady chimes and most of the other items should have a sparkle icon on them and they do not even though the gogh reed and the two cupcake items (that should also be grouped together, are not) other item has the sparkle, also it should only be one image of Lady Chimes with a 3 on the corner. That however is just some of the odd things I have noticed. You should probably post a better screenshot of the inventory, this I dont think really cuts it.
