Question about codes give through e-mail.

I got an e-mail from maplestory that I should go back mapling.
It included a code to enter in CS for a welcome back package.
I was wondering if that code could be used on another account.

I got one of these awhile ago for another account. They seem to work perfectly fine on another account.

If you can use it on another account, you can use another code on the same account you use for the first code, right?
