i was reading over the statuses and noticed the staff choose the UG Gold members and are hand picked

so i wonder what they look for when it comes to getting in the UG Gold

i'd like to get in but i would like to know what they look for in those members

like after 1000 posts what do you gotta do to show your good enough to be in UG Gold basically
