Hacking administrator password

I'm trying to do it on my school laptop since I need administrator access to install/uninstall anything, which I need to install the rocketdock, alienware theme, and Autoit.
But here's the problem; this thing is ridiculously secure.

Not only do they have laptop location tracking software installed on the damn thing, but I tried using cmd to change passwords, etc. and the most I can do is open basic programs with it.

I know the passwords match, because when they don't, it tells me, but I also don't have access to my SAM files in my registry, I don't have access to the user panel, and I don't have access to temphack or anything.

I've tried running it in safe mode, but it's got the retarded Windows2000 login system installed so I need to do the whole "ctrl+alt+del" process then enter my username, password, etc. but it's set to a domain that I don't have access to, and I can't change it because it's in safe mode. So I can't log in period when it's in safe mode.


Can someone help me? x_x My only goal is to either delete, change, or gain access to the administrator account and none of the cmd or anything works. I'd use a program but I can't install/uninstall anything due to lack of permissions.

Download a password reset disc. I have one for XP and Vista.

I can't really help with this, but a word from the wise:
My friend got suspended last week for opening up a c: prompt and shutting down my computer from his.
Sounds extreme? Our school considers changing the desktop wallpaper, unplugging cables, and downloading/running programs all vandalism.

I once had a flash drive taken by the IT department and reformatted because they thought I was uploading viruses from it (I wasn't). Their later justification was that I had games on it, which aren't allowed in school. (I did, it was Halo :p)

I'm safe and secured and everything. I did turn off the security tracker through Task Manager (they can secure user accounts but they can't secure their security tracker for some reason).

@GAMEchief: does it require installation to use? Because I don't have the privileges to install/uninstall anything.

You can't be too cautious, I guess.

What I do to run programs (Chrome, portableapps, etc.), is double-click on "all programs" in the start menu and drag everything there, because we can't just run programs off our H: drives or flash drives or anything.

Reboot, everything is back how it was. :)

The used to be a program called Opera.

You can get is as an ISO. Burn it to a disc and when the pc is booting put the disc in, it will bring you to a password reset thing. Type a new password and your done.

I used this in 8th grade, it was awesome.

No. It runs before the OS does. You just have to be able to burn it to a disc.

The computer also has to be able to boot from a disc/flash drive in the BIOS. I'm sure it probably is, but you might need another password.

The disc idea sounds great, but we have the insanely small 10'' Acers and those don't have disc drives.

And isn't Opera a browser? (a very epic one at that).
