It probably stores it in a log file locally. Once you remove it they shouldn't be able to see what you have been doing.

This pisses me off that parents do this. You need to let your kids have privacy on the internet after age 12. If they want to look at porn then let them! And if they have any questions about puberty etc that they would be embarrassed to ask anyone face to face.
