That's what it says for almost every process. The important part is who made it and what it does. Look up Salfeld Personal Security software and see if that sounds like what you have. The "parental controls" part sounds a lot like it. Be sure to check your other files. I'd bet 90% of your startup items are bogus and unnecessary (iTunesHelper.exe likes to weasel its way in there all the time). Getting rid of 'em will help speed up your startup time too.

I think you should just run a virus scanner and say that the computer was running slow. You should also change your admin password.
It's not a virus... Or I think the computer doesn't consider it one... I was wondering if anyone knew how to turn it off without the username/password cuz I don't have those...

Also, winlog.exe is used for a lot of programs apparently.
I do have admin, they installed it when I was at school, and idk the user pass stuff. It's like a stealth program so it doesn't show up anywhere...

After you turn it off in msconfig, you have to reboot. Whenever you reboot, it won't load the program, and thus it won't monitor your shit.

Also check processes. And feel free to disable as much startup shit as you want to make sure you got it. Like I said, 90% of startup shit is unnecessary. Maybe like 5 at most are required.
